He's only testing his experiment, so it's subject to change at any time. The change apparently is being offered by popular demand by Doctor Surlee of Loony Labs, based off of one of his experiments. If you want to change to one of the new colors, feel free - but make sure you really, really like it first! From the sounds of it, you can change your Toon's color or size by buying it! You can only do this every 6 months, however, and the change is permanent until then. Say, speaking of selling, I've heard about this new Cattlelog item for sale. It was like they were cheating! Luckily, our Goofy Gag experts figured out a way to fix that.
Gags have been tweaked just the tiniest bit to fix a "Knockback Bug" against the Cogs, where sometimes Cogs wouldn't become unlured when they were supposed to, or they wouldn't have bonus damage applied to them. Don't worry, we aren't going to charge you any extra jellybeans! (Even though I would like a raise, hehe.) The tweaks around Toontown haven't been limited to colors, looks, and Cogs, though - our gags have been tweaked, too.
Especially on a day like today, where Toontown will officially be tweaked! The Toon Council had a lot of input to make those tweaks the best they can be, asking the Toon Troopers, Resistance Rangers, Shopkeepers, and of course you to help them form it. Eeek, I always get so nervous making these posts.
